Ventilation

Indoor Air Quality is important to human health because individuals spend a large fraction of their time indoors at their residences, schools and workplaces. In addition, there are numerous sources of airborne toxic pollutants in these indoor environments. Outdoor air ventilation is one of the primary means to dilute pollutant concentrations. Volatile Organic Compounds (VOC's) are one class of indoor pollutants that may cause irritation to building occupants. Characteristics of buildings and indoor environments have been linked to the prevalence of acute building-related health symptoms, often called sick building syndrome (SBS) symptoms, experienced by building occupants. SBS symptoms, which include irritation of eyes, nose, and skin, headache, fatigue, and difficulty breathing. Our technicians are trained to spot these issues before they become a hazard to building occupants.

Air Conditioning

In the workplace and businesses, central air conditioners, or HVACs, provide a better environment for both workers and consumers. Studies show that people are more alert and more productive when in a comfortable environment. This is doubly true for temperature. People have been observed to be the most productive at 72°-74°. This is one main reason to keep your equipment running at optimal performance.

Refrigeration

Refrigeration is one of the most depended on processes in the modern world. Almost everything you touch in the course of a day relies on this process, either to be made and/or operate. Does your production process require refrigeration? Keep your production running smoothly by having New England Service Group maintain your equipment.
